For all programs less than 10 weeks in duration, you can receive a full refund if you are not fully satisfied by the end of the 2nd session. For programs that are 10 weeks or more in duration, you can receive a full refund if you are not fully satisfied by the end of the 3rd session.
Webinar Series
We provide a number of live training programs that range in length from 4 – 12 weeks. For all programs less than 10 weeks in duration, you can receive a full refund if you are not fully satisfied by the end of the 2nd session. For programs that are 10 weeks or more in duration, you can receive a full refund if you are not fully satisfied by the end of the 3rd session.
On-Demand
If you’ve completed a course, have implemented the strategies we recommend and are not seeing any improvements in your workplace contact us at academy@roman3.ca and we will issue a 50% refund on the purchase price. If you’ve completed less than 50% of a course and are not satisfied with the content, just let us know and we will provide a full refund.
Coaching
